[mythtv-users] Disable menu bar in OSX

When my mythfrontend on OSX autostarts, the menu bar (osx top menu bar) and
cursor shows up.  I need to click the mouse to make the menu bar and cursor
disappear.  Is there any way to get the frontend to start without the menu
bar by default?
