[mythtv-users] delete permission

when i had this issue, it was becuase i didnt run myth-backend
under sudo. (i have to run the daemon, and not the service for
other reasons)
i did try resetting permissions, but they got overwrote/new
recordings didnt have the permissions with the backend ran.
i didnt try too hard to find out a file-permissions based fix

And of course, if you ever have to do this on a regular basis,
just add the user you are running the myth-backend to the mythtv
group, and that should take care of it.
