The last thing the broadcaster wants you to do is skip the commercials.
There's no such thing as "reliable comm-skip data", that's why Myth has
to make educated guesses based upon common cases (changes in the logo at
the bottom of the screen, the presence of completely black frames, etc.)
It is, unfortunately, very easy for them to do things which defeat
commercial detection algorithms--whether intentional or not.
