[mythtv-users] scheduler settling with conflicts where they are resolvable

Using master (v0.25pre-3272-g7768ebc) I am getting conflicts in the
schedule which are entirely resolvable if the scheduler would just
schedule on alternate channels.  The entire schedule can be fetched from
http://brian.interlinx.bc.ca/schedule.txt but the particular programs
that are in an unnecessary conflict are:

These conflicts could be resolved simply by recording "Grey's Anatomy"
on "84-936 - WWTI" and "The Office" on "84-11 WGRZ".

I understand the scheduler doesn't try every single permutation to get
the best fit but gives up once a good fit is found, but I would posit
that giving up when there are conflicts that could be resolved with more
effort is not even a good fit.
