What distribution are you running? What drivers are you running? What temp
is your gpu running at?

I have a lenovo thinkpad t60 with ati graphics and it burns legs and then
shuts down (overheat protection on gpu) when just browsing the internet.

Never ever got it workright... advise would be appreciated.
