If you're not watching live, that means you're watching on a DVR, and 
likely means you're skipping the ads that pay for your programming. That 
means CBS doesn't give a rat's ass if you're annoyed. Those little "CBS 
Cares" public service snippets they've started showing? They're not 
talking to us.
