An engineer at CBC has reported that the problem is related to them
upgrading their automation server to support the transition from analog to
digital TV.  This is only one of a multitude of problems they are
experiencing, the biggest of which is that most of the new DTV stations are
only getting an SD feed in primetime.  One person has reported that EIT data
is back for CBFT-DT (French) but not CBMT-DT (English) in Montreal, but that
is the only city that even has that much progress.
