On subject, but not related to the 'random pauses' aspect:
1. The previews are sometimes 'blocky' when generated from dvb-t
recordings of low-bitrate channels, presumably because keyframes are too
2. When a recording is processed with my 'mythcutprojectx' script
(which also clears the cutlist and rebuilds the seek table) the preview
shown isn't changed until I've moved away and back in the 'Watch
Recordings' screen. If this doesn't happen fairly soon no preview is
shown for that recording, perhaps until a backend restart. I haven't
looked to see what happens with a 'normal' mythtranscode.
Should I add a call to mythpreviewgen to my script, and if so what
parameters would it need?
