No.  The HDHR6 is nothing more than HDHR3 boards stuffed into a single 
chassis with a shared internal power supply.  They do not communicate 
with each other.  They have their own separate ethernet lines and tuning 
adapters.  They use their own cablecard, even though a single 
multi-stream card is capable of supporting six tuners.
