[mythtv-users] HD channel sound works but not analog channels

I have Ubuntu 10.10 AMD64 PCHD-5500 capture card and my HD channels work great, but the analog channel audio isn't working. It's either just garbage. 

I think the HD channels are sending the audio via the HDMI cable, because they always. But the analog channels are sending the audio from the PCHD-5500 to the line in on my sound card via a 1/8" stereo cable.

What would cause that analog signal to get so screwed up? Is there a bitrate or something I need to look into.
