[mythtv-users] Missing recordings, can't delete

I have a new setup and it apparently ran some recordings before I got the storage group set up.  These show up in the front end as black thumbnails.  If I highlight and press delete or d nothing happens.  The log has many entries like:

2011-11-12 06:59:00.188 ProgramInfo(1720_20111112033000.mpg), Error: GetPlaybackURL: '1720_20111112033000.mpg' should be local, but it can not be found.

I figured these were orphaned so I ran the find orphans script in contrib, but it didn't return any orphaned db records.  How do I get rid of these?
