I solved the problem! It turns out that I had a user job that included
a call to mythcommflag with the flags '--rebuild -v all'. I had
neglected to remove the verbose argument after doing some
troubleshooting a couple years ago, and it seems that my recent upgrade
to 0.24 added a few more possible log messages to mythcommflag. So I
removed the '-v all' and it went away.
