That's basically exactly it. Plus, when you use MPlayer as the video
player, you get only the MPlayer OSD, and similar--you lack consistency
throughout the solution (because it's built on several different
programs). MythTV was designed as a completely integrated, standalone
solution. Freevo was designed for people who want what Tyler wants.
