odd, Newegg is the one online retailer I've had 0 troubles with from
purchased drives. the one drive I ever did have trouble with was
purchased from Fry's mail order iirc. I've also never had issue with
how they pack drives, I've always received them with either foam or
bubble wrap for shock protection. I wonder if it depends on which of
their warehouse it's shipped from? Mine are always shipped from NJ.
