The ION2 runs off the mobile version of the GT210, at a marginally
higher (35MHz) clock rate. According to those benchmarks, that would
put the ION2 and GT520 about par.

The GT220 operates at similar frequency to the GT210, but with triple
the shader units. Coincidentally, the benchmarks show it to have
roughly triple the performance. Following that logic, it would stand
that the GT520 should be comparable to the GT220, and the GT430 would be
about twice the performance. Prevailing theory is that the shader-code
deinterlacers were heavily optimized for the older shader architecture,
and don't run as well on the new Fermi architecture, a deficiency that
should be improved by a future driver release.

I still don't undestand what that "TEMPORAL_SPATIAL + IVTC" test is.
You can't run IVTC and deinterlacing at the same time. They're mutually
exclusive by very definition.
