Here in northern NY,we have TW also..I checked my STB (Samsung) on each 
channel and everyone is copy once except for the locals which are copy 
freely... You can enter the diagnostic mode on most STB's (goggle for 
how to enter the diagnostic menu for your STB) and check for your self....
   From my research,  I think there will be a lot of disappointed TW 
customers...
