Just a guess, did you put the downloaded archive in your mythplugins
build directory? It doesn't look like it from your post. Here's my
directory structure:
/usr/src/mythtv/
   |-mythtv/
      |-bindings/, contrib/, etc.
   |-mythplugins/
      |-mytharchive/, mythbrowser/, etc.
      |-mythpandora/
         |-libezxml/, libpiano/, etc.
