When I needed a mini-ITX board with PCI, I ended up getting a used one from eBay. That said, http://linitx.com/viewproduct.php?prodid=12336 claims to have it in stock, and you even get a free case and power supply! ;) Newegg.com also has the JNC81-LF as item number N82E16813153124 in stock, but I don't know if they ship to the Netherlands.
