[mythtv-users] RTC problem on upgrade

I'm experiencing exactly this also on my ubuntu box. It started  doing it
couple days ago. Just continuously reboots. boot -> mythwelcome -> timeout
-> shutdown -> after minute or two boots again ->...

Anyone having any ideas what might cause this, it's breaking stuff soon.
