[mythtv-users] recordings fail without any errors logged

Definitely not a hardware temperature issue.  All hardware is well
within in normal range at all times.

Here's another case with "The Simpsons":

The thing is, unlike the Ubuntu forum thread, I don't even have a 0
byte file; I have no file anywhere on my filesystem named
"1321_20110313180000.mpg".

So is the conclusion that this is just an unsolvable problem with Myth?
