When you share channels from one lineup across multiple video sources,
you need to manually tell MythTV which channels belong to your analog
video source.

So, use the mythtv-setup channel editor to delete the extra channels
from the analog video source. Then, add "--remove-new-channels" to your
mythfilldatabase args setting (in mythtv-setup).

Another option (which allows MythTV to add all the new channels that
your cable company is /so/ likely to give you for free /so/ often) is to
leave the extra channels in the analog video source and set them to be
not visible. This is will generally work, but is not the way things
were designed to be configured. Just make sure you never let MythTV
tune those
channels-that-by-definition-are-not-part-of-the-video-source-even-though-they-are-still-specified-as-part-of-it,
or Bad Things will happen (what, specifically, depends on your STB/cable
co/capture device).
