Close.  The command definition allows for type, title, and subtitle, and 
automatically generates a menu from such.  In this case you would do 
something like:

Commercial Detection
----- Mythcommflag
Transcoding
----- MythTranscode
----------- Autodetect
----------- High Quality
----------- Medium Quality
----------- Low Quality
----- My Transcoder
----------- Interlaced
----------- Progressive
----------- 720p from Interlaced
----------- 720p from Progressive
----------- SD from Interlaced
----------- SD from Progressive
