How much of the wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/MythWeb did
you follow?

I would look at the mythweb-specific config changes like:
Include conf/extra/mythweb.conf in httpd.conf
and the extensions and open_basedir in php.ini
along with permissions.
