Jim:

No, based on the several hours of videos and recordings I've watched so
far, no audio sync problems with the 430, and I did not have any with the
220, either.

My AV receiver has adjustable settings for this for each input (allows you
to move the audio X milliseconds +/-), so I'm guessing that there may
occasionally be some lag seen with these systems, but I haven't had to
adjust it with mine.
