Thanks for the response Mike. I'm afraid that before I got you response I went 
ahead and opened a ticket of my own, #9846. I did this because the description 
on #9177 was changed to "Unable to change from SDTV channel to HDTV channel in 
Live TV" which is different than the problem I am having. My problem arises only 
when switching from SD to SD. I've never had a problem changing from SD to HD. 
In fact, my workaround for changing from one SD channel to another is to first 
change to an HD channel and then change to the new SD channel. If my issue is 
the same as #9177 perhaps the ticket description should be changed?
