MythTV supports tuners with full CI implementations.  That means the 
card does everything onboard, and spits out unencrypted video over the 
DVB API.  USB card readers that rely on the application to provide more 
than just the top layer will not work.  There are several tuners listed 
on the LinuxTV wiki.
