Using the source from here

git clone -b fixes/0.24 git://github.com/MythTV/mythtv.git

and tweaking the .spec file and I managed to build some rpms that contain
H.264 Encoder Card support. Thanks to all for the help. Still fighting the
ir-blaster fight, but that is for another email.
