[mythtv-users] Working PVR-1600 remote config file

Can someone with a working Hauppauge PVR-1600 config file provide me a
copy.  I just installed Mythbuntu 10.10 and mythbackend reports the below
version info.  Only a few buttons on my remote work.  The remote I have is
model A415-HPG-A.

Please attach all output as a file in bug reports.
