The quickest fix is likely to delete the PVR-350 card and then 
reconfigure it (won't affect channels or anything--all that's in the 
video source).  I'm guessing your default input is wrong, so it's only 
Live TV that's misconfigured.  But, it could be something else, and 
starting from a fresh/known configuration and configuring the way you 
now want it is likely the easiest way to get it working.  (Note that if 
you have other cards/inputs, this may affect your input usage preferences.)
