What is the ATI HDHomeRun scanner?  Are you referring to the graphics
chip company acquired by AMD?

That's the mplexid and serviceid.  Those two numbers are what MythTV
uses to tune the HDHR to a given program.  The freqid should be there
too, but it's not used for tuning.  The freqid is the number used by
Schedules Direct to identify a channel and also the number you would
put into a set top box to tune using the STB.
