Assuming you use SchedulesDirect, make sure your lineup is updated to 
show the correct content for channel 71. Then edit your _channel_ 
table's entry for channel 71 to show the new callsign, name and xmltvid 
(hovering over the channel in SchedulesDirect will show the xmltvid). 
Then run "mythfilldatabase --refresh-all".

No restart of the backend is necessary.
