[mythtv-users] Strange MythMusic File Behavior

Thanks Nick

I will checkout My Squeezeboxes as suggested.

It is such a shame that Myth in general is seriously undermined by the
consistent failure to test their UI with those who were not involved in the
design.

I don't understand why not, using the Linux OS they do not simply copy the
UI that people are familiar with in the Windows products? It appears as if
the Linux Talaban are determined that everything should be done in a
terminal and they want the solution to be exclusive to a very small sub set
elite who think just like them.

Makes me very angry to see such a disconnect from the potential of the
project and a determination to stop the project from expanding into the main
stream.

Kind Regards

Anthony

I think once you read, eg, this http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Mythmusic
it becomes clearer, but frankly it's not my idea of a music player either. I
don't use mythmusic at all now, and tend to use my squeezeboxes.
