You presume too much. Please refrain from making libellous aspersions 
about posters to the list. There was no 'illegal content' displayed on 
the list. He posted links to screen shots which also did not display any 
'illegal content'. And you called him a criminal when no criminal act, 
nor the result of a criminal act was in any way disclosed.

(And before you jump to reply, you *can* of course, *prove* that the 
names on the folders actually referred to "illegally" obtained files.)

Moreover, he is posting from a Finnish domain, and probably lives in 
Finland. Are you an expert in the copyright laws of Finland?

I am well aware of the idiocies and idiosyncrasies of US Copyright law, 
including the DMCA. The original post made no mention of copying or 
ripping or of any other possible hypothetical or illusory acts of breach 
of copyright.

So please stop spreading FUD. It's bad enough already out here. The 
government of Canada is considering (being lobbied about) changing the 
Copyright Act to contain the same sorts of idiotic crap ( a technical 
term) as the DMCA.
