mplex often finds defects in its data streams and this is a typically 
unhelpful report.  Mythburn.log (in the MythArchive tmp log folder) may 
give more clues.  But this isn't failing during creation of the main DVD 
files; it's only creating the menu!

I don't understand why you have a .nuv file here.  The log above quotes 
.mpg    Maybe look at the transcoder settings?

You need to use the 'm' or menu key in the 'Select Archive Items' screen 
to activate cutting within MythArchive.

'lossless' transcoding is from and to mpeg2 only, IIRC. May be related 
to the .nuv file question.

I'm not familiar with HD-PVR recordings, but maybe my comments above 
will help.
