I don't use his prebuilt packages, I built from his git repository.  And 
I get DTS to my receiver.  I will say that on the Advanced Audio 
Settings page, I had to check the "Stereo PCM only" checkbox, since my 
onboard nVidia 8200 can't do 5.1 or 7.1 LPCM.
