No.  XBMC has been seen working on the beagleboard.  There was a GSoC 
project last year that added support for it.  MythTV does compile and 
run on the ARM, but cannot use any of their available hardware 
acceleration.  None of them will be anywhere near fast enough for 
decoding of any HD video.
