I have a mkv file that mediainfo tells me has the following audio track:

Audio #1
ID : 2
Format : DTS
Format/Info : Digital Theater Systems
Format profile : ES
Codec ID : A_DTS
Duration : 2h 10mn
Bit rate mode : Constant
Bit rate : 754 Kbps
Channel(s) : 7 channels
Channel positions : Front: L C R, Side: L R, Back: C, LFE
Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz
Resolution : 24 bits
Stream size : 702 MiB (24%)
Title : DTS 768kbps 6.1 ES - Main Audio
Language : English

Audio in my myth system is sent to a USB sound device (Xitel Hifi link
Pro) and then via spdif to a Logitech 5500 which does DTS (usually).

I have passthrough DTS ticked in the myth config.

However myth plays the sound badly, chipmunked would be a partial
description. Kinda retarded is how the kids described it.

xbmc plays it fine.

Any ideas? (sorry if I am too vague on settings, the kids are now
watching the file, in xbmc I am sad to say!)
