Not yet to my understanding, though generally Comcast has everything
up to basic digital cable Copy Free and only the Premium and some of
second tier digital cable channels blocked.

Probably. But it would probably be easier to write a python or perl
script to take the channel lineup associated with a firewire connected
cable box to output the channels in a fashion that could be added to
the mythtv wiki easily.
