[mythtv-users] Is 0.24-fixes the same as 0.24.1?

I occasionally look at the progress of each build on the wiki based on
bugs.  I know it is a crude way to measure progress, but that is all I
have.  Ultimately, I am waiting for 0.25 because of its probable Ceton
InfiniTV 4 support.  While looking I notices a 0.24.1 milestone that
is 2 months late.  I know that the dates are seldom accurate, and
probably just the original WAG.  Is this an actual planned release or
is it just the fixes branch?
