That's not what I meant.  I'm not saying that VDPAU should only be used
on hardware that cannot handle content in software. Rather, I'm saying
that availability of VDPAU is not a good reason to otherwise skimp on
the processor, and limit yourself to something that otherwise doesn't
have enough power to handle your content in software.
