My video playback audio has suddenly gone to crap again after the latest
updates.

Background - have changed to a Nvideo GF GT 220 using audio via the HDMI
connection - stereo only. VDPAU is High Quality profile, though I have
tried slim.

Was working fine but after todays updates its incredibly jerky,
mythfrontend log shows the following

I'm using mythbuntu autobuilds and the nvidia-256 drivers from JYA's repo.

Recorded TV play's back fine, its just videos that are an issue -
possibly because most of mine are 720p?

However even low quality videos are playing back weird - when I jump
forward they start playing at double speed and really jerky. Its very
strange
