There's a rumor that sending keystrokes/remote button presses while Live 
TV is initializing will cause a failure.  So, it sounds like your remote 
is sending extraneous signals.  Try adding a delay=10 (or start with 100 
and then work down) to the definition for the button you use to start 
Live TV, and be careful not to hit any other buttons while it's setting up.
