MythTV uses the callsign (channel.callsign) to determine whether two
channels are considered the same for scheduling purposes.

You need to ensure that duplicate channels across sources have the
same channel number (channel.channum) and name (channel.name) to limit
them to a single entry in the EPG/MythWeb.
