[mythtv-users] Wireless N-5GHz & HD streaming?

Hi all,
So, I looked in the electronics circulars today and saw that there's a
deal at Best Buy for the Netgear WNDR3700 dual band wireless router.
I'm thinking about getting this so that I can wirelessly stream HD
shows (and possibly some blu-rays) to my laptops for viewing.  I was
thinking of using the less-crowded 5 GHz band for the heavy video
lifting and reserve 2.4 GHz for web browsing.  Has anyone tried this?
How well does it work?
I haven't seen too many discussion of this on the list, but maybe I
just missed them.
