[mythtv-users] Delay fields disappeared for Hauppauge 950Q

My Hauppauge 950Q tuner used to work under Ubuntu 9.x when I increased a few
delay fields for channel changing in mythtv-setup.

The channel change delay fields seem to be gone in MythTV .23 and MythTV .24
under Ubuntu 10.10.  Where did they go?

I'm trying to set up to receive us-bcast ATSC over-the-air channels, but it
looks like the mythtv-setup channel scan is going way too fast.  It's not
finding any channels.

The 950Q works fine with other applications under Ubuntu 10.10.

Where did the channel change delay fields go?
