I installed the latest v260.19.36 and no change.

I did find that it plays fine if I enable ac3 passthrough and the problem consistently re-appears if I untick the ac3 pass though in Audio Settings.

This is with a GT220 and HDMI audio, I'd unticked all the passthroughs after discovering that eac3 and truehd didn't work, I now have only ac3 & dts ticked and that's working fine.

Happy to post a clip if anyone is interested to investigate further.
