Or, can anyone give me a clue if the "HDHomeRun Config" program should
list channel #2 as a virtual channel (when I select "Channel us-cable
2 in the configuration area) and at the same time see The Physical
Channel being the real channel in the SFBay Area for Comcast?

If that is true, then I assume it is working incorrectly and I need to
send the M-Card back to comcast for a replacement.
