I'm in the Bay Area too (Martinez). Comcast recently moved KCSM for me. 
Check the channel lineup portion of your prime. I'm showing channel 60 
as MSNBC. I'm showing KCSM as 17 (SD) and 717 (HD).

I had to juggle some channles on my standard Homerun to adjust for 
Comcast moving KCSM to 717 a month or two ago.
