Looking at the files, I don't think the repository has been uploaded in all
of 2011.  If you are looking for just mythtv stable updates, i'd guide you
to the mythbuntu repositories MCC plugin here: http://mythbuntu.org/repos

If you are looking for updated nvidia packages, these are actually
available directly in the ubuntu archive now via the package
"nvidia-current-updates" or by opening the Hardware Drivers tool and
picking the updated drivers.
