No. The HDHomeRun tuners use their own custom communications protocol,
which was expanded for use with the Prime. The Prime, InfiniTV, and
older ATI tuner support an independent OCUR communications protocol. In
theory, a generic OCUR capture input would support the old ATI DCT, but
its questionable whether you could actually record anything. Ceton and
SiliconDust worked to get the permissions on recording relaxed, so
DRM-free content could be streamed to an unauthenticated endpoint. The
ATI DCT may not be so forgiving.
